This second disc is starting off really strong also. Me and My Uncle and Big Railroad Blues are awesome, as usual.
Good Lovin. Then a guitar jam. Followed by a vocal jam. 6 min in and the energy level is staying high. Now Jerry and Phil are trading licks. This is turning out to be pretty awesome. Pigpen then rejoins-first with more improvised vocals. Piano and drums trying to keep it going. Then the bass joins in. Next rhythm guitar. Then lead guitar. Building energy to keep it going, vocal drops out. Some bass improvisation and then Bob and Jerry join in. They held this energy level for the whole tune. Awesome arrangement.
I’m really digging He’s Gone
