This is best arrangement of Truckin! So much to learn by close study of this.
A super long jam precedes the vocal for The Other One. Perhaps the later ones on this disc are more……is normal the right word? Probably not.
After Drums, The Other One opens with just bass and drums. Like old school free jazz. It’s nearly 2 minutes until the other instruments join in. After more time, this is clearly morphing into a predecessor of Space.
Jerry does some awesome stuff on Me and Bobby McGee. Saved for further study. That list is getting long!
