I’m already liking this better than the last disc.
Interesting. About a minute in for Sugaree the piano played the wrong chords. Jerry picked up on it right away and restarted the song. The bass part is a masterclass into Phil Lesh’s style.
Playing in the Band II also restarts. I didn’t hear why. But this proves that they are human and that this is live music. It happens.
Second time through i heard the screeching feedback just before they stopped. Jerry told Bob to step back. From the mic, presumably. Or maybe there was a speaker behind him.
Truckin also features a restart. WTF!
