These were all done with a travel watercolor set that I had brought with me (details below)–except that one of the sunrise scenes used a kids watercolor set that was at our rental property. The other is near the bottom, a sketch done completely in pencil.

Supplies I used were a kuretake gainsai watercolor set and a Plith A5 size sketchbook. The watercolors work best if only lightly mixed with other colors. The sketchbook doesn’t handle watercolor washes that well, but light washes work fine. Layering of colors with the paints and the paper combination leaves a bit to be desired also.
